(Bonus- the lavender simple syrup is amazing & cam be used for endless cocktails, cocktails & even coffee!)

INGREDIENTS

2 oz vodka or gin

.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1.25 oz
Lavender Simple Syrup (click here for recipe!)
.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Twist of Lemon for garnish

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist. Serve up or on the rocks.

Pro TIPs:

No elderflower liqueur available?

No sweat! Some options I use in a pinch include adding a muddled strawberry, a splash of grapefruit liqueur, or a tiny splash of grenadine. Another liqueur that works great? Rhubarb! (Random- I know- but it’s delicious!)

Muddled blueberries also work, but you may want to balance out the cocktail with the addition of .25 oz more lemon juice and .25 oz of regular simple syrup to create a delicious Blueberry Lavender Lemonade!

And if you really want this cocktail to have the WOW factor- add some edible glitter! It looks gorgeous in photos and adds just the right amount fun to your cocktail experience!
