Light, bubbly and ready in two minutes, this lavender spritz is my go-to when I want something easy and pretty. It only takes three ingredients, and it’s perfect for brunch, a patio afternoon, or when you have a few friends coming over.

Ingredients
4 oz white wine (Pinot Grigio or a dry, light white wine works well)
1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup (click here for the recipe) or use Monin Lavender Syrup (buy here)
Splash of soda water
Lemon twist or lemon wheel, for garnish
Directions
Combine the white wine and lavender syrup over ice in a white wine glass or mason jar.
Add a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a lemon twist or, for an extra citrus kick and a prettier photo, a lemon wheel.
