White Wine Spritzer with Hibiscus Syrup

4 oz white wine (Pinot Grigio or a dry light white wine works well)

.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
Lemon Wedge (for garnish)
Black Rimming Sugar (Available on Amazon here)
Splash Soda Water
Directions:
Wet the rim of a white wine glass with the lemon juice from the lemon wedge garnish. Place the rim of the wine glass in the rimming sugar to coat the rim of the glass. Add wine, lemon juice and syrup to wine glass, stir well. Finish with splash of soda water. Add ice and fresh lemon wheel garnish.
