4 oz white wine (Pinot Grigio or a dry light white wine works well)
1 oz Hibiscus Simple Syrup , Click Here for Recipe!
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

Splash Soda Water

Directions:
Combine ingredients over ice in white wine glass. Add splash of soda. Garnish with fresh lemon wheel.
